Little Karoo have been closely associated with many contestants in this competition supplying unique NZ ingredients and Game Meats.

The book profiles some great recipes utilising

Piko Piko – bush asparagus                                                     Horopito – Bush Pepper

And of course some of our exotic meats and Kai Moana
