From all reports TASTE Auckland in November this year was very well attended even though there was some rather dodgy weather.

Makoto Tokuyama  of Cocoro developed a small tasting platter of Marlborough ORA King Salmon with Marlborough Saffron

Marlborough Saffron is a perfect partner for Salmon with a delicate flavour and supportive colour. The water soluble extract is specifically formulated to stabalize the saffron whereas alcohol formulations are unstable. Many NZ chef’s are moving to Marlborough Saffron extract due to stability, ease of use and impressive cost efficiency in use
